Built around a clear scope

Know what to do next—and why.

For founders preparing a launch, owners unsure where to spend next, and small teams that can execute but need a clear plan. This is also a sensible starting point when several channels are underperforming and priorities feel unclear.

A discovery conversation

One 60-minute session to understand the goal, product, customer, current marketing and operating constraints.

Focused market review

Desk research on up to three direct competitors, customer alternatives, positioning and relevant channel opportunities. We distinguish observed facts from assumptions.

Available-data review

A review of the website and the analytics, campaign or sales exports you can provide. Missing data is identified rather than replaced with invented precision.

A written strategy report

Customer priorities, offer and messaging direction, channel recommendations, risks, budget scenarios and the reasoning behind the choices.

90-day roadmap and handover

A sequenced plan with owners, milestones and success measures, plus a 45-minute presentation and one clarification round.

How we work

A clear path from brief to delivery.

01

Define the decision

Agree one business goal and the constraints that make the plan practical. Collect access or exports before the analysis starts.

02

Compare the options

Review the evidence, competitor approaches and customer journey. Explain which channels fit now and which can wait.

03

Hand over a usable plan

Present the report, answer questions and leave you with a prioritised roadmap your own team can execute.

Turn the goal into a sequence.

What it could look like

A practical business example.

A new software company with a small budget might discover that one narrow audience and a product demonstration are a better first test than advertising to every small business. A home services company might need clearer service pages and faster enquiry handling before spending more on clicks. The report explains the choice and the evidence required to revisit it.

Illustrative scenario, not a client result or forecast.

What success means

Look for useful outcomes.

You receive a decision framework and a concrete order of work, not a revenue forecast disguised as certainty. Success means your team knows the audience, offer, first tests, budget assumptions and measures that determine the next move.

Price and boundaries

Questions before you start

Know what you are choosing.

Will you execute the strategy?

Execution is not included in this one-time plan. Your team can use the report, or you can choose a separate Maqtrix service.

What if we have little data?

We use the evidence available, label assumptions and include a measurement plan. We will not invent market numbers or claim certainty the data cannot support.

How do we get started?

Tell us your goal, current website and preferred service. We confirm fit, access, scope and a start date before work begins. Taxes and any separately approved third-party costs are additional.
