What we collect
When you submit a form, request a resource, save a calculator result, complete an assessment, or subscribe to The Maqtrix Brief, we collect the details you provide. These may include your name, business email, company, phone number, website, service interest, message, and the result or context you ask us to send.
We also record information needed to understand and protect the submission: the page used, submission date, consent scope, referring page, campaign parameters such as UTM values, and advertising click identifiers when they are present in the link. The website stores first-touch attribution and a random session identifier in your browser so the original source is not lost as you move between pages.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the resource or result you requested.
- To organize enquiries, prevent duplicate records, assign follow-up, and understand which marketing produced a qualified conversation.
- To improve the website, calculators, campaigns, and customer experience.
- With consent, to send marketing insights such as The Maqtrix Brief. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Who processes it
Brevo processes website contacts and email delivery for Maqtrix. Where configured, HubSpot may also process contact and sales follow-up records. If you choose to book a meeting, Calendly processes the booking details you provide. These services act under their own service and privacy terms. Maqtrix does not sell or rent personal information.
Analytics and booking tools
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads tags to understand website use and measure whether our own advertising works. These tools may use cookies or similar browser storage. The Calendly booking widget loads after you choose a booking link and may use its own cookies. You can limit these technologies through your browser settings and the controls offered by the provider.
Retention, consent, and your rights
We keep enquiry and attribution records only for as long as they are needed to respond, operate the relationship, measure legitimate business activity, meet legal obligations, and protect against abuse. Marketing contacts remain subscribed until they unsubscribe or ask us to remove them; we may retain the minimum suppression record needed to honour an unsubscribe request.
You may withdraw marketing consent or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing Hello@maqtrixmarketing.ca. Maqtrix handles personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA where it applies.
