CRM & automation setup

Connect your lead sources to a CRM your team can use every day. We organise contacts, assign the next step and automate a small set of repetitive tasks with visible failure checks.

Built around a clear scope

Keep the enquiry moving after the form.

For a small team managing enquiries across inboxes, forms and spreadsheets. Suitable when someone will own the sales process and the current tools support the required connections.

One CRM pipeline

Up to six clear stages with agreed definitions, a responsible owner and the essential contact fields.

Two lead sources

Connect up to two supported sources, such as a website form and booking tool, to one CRM.

Three practical automations

Choose up to three workflows such as owner assignment, internal notification, task creation or an appropriate acknowledgement.

Data and duplicate rules

Map the agreed fields, define a duplicate rule such as normalised email, and document how existing records should be updated.

Testing and handover

A controlled test plan for new and repeat contacts, missing fields and connection failures, plus one training session.

How we work

A clear path from brief to delivery.

01

Map the handoff

Document what arrives, where it goes, who acts and how a failed connection will be noticed.

02

Build the small reliable version

Use supported integrations and the fewest necessary steps. Keep permissions appropriate to the workflow.

03

Test with realistic cases

Check new, repeated and incomplete enquiries. Confirm the sales team can find the record and understand the next action.

Keep context through every handoff.

What it could look like

A practical business example.

A Surrey service company can send a website enquiry into HubSpot, assign an owner and create a callback task. An existing contact should be updated without silently discarding the new enquiry. If an integration fails, the team needs a recoverable record and an alert rather than a reassuring message with no lead behind it.

Illustrative scenario, not a client result or forecast.

What success means

Look for useful outcomes.

The aim is fewer lost handoffs and clearer ownership. Track captured enquiries, assignment success, duplicate records and time to first action. Automation supports your team; it cannot replace the human response.

Price and boundaries

CAD $1,299 one-time

One CRM, two supported lead sources and three workflows. Software subscriptions, bulk migration, bespoke APIs, sensitive-data projects and ongoing monitoring are separate. Marketing email workflows require an appropriate permission basis and agreed unsubscribe handling.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes. Extra work and third-party costs require an agreed scope. Individual-service prices are separate from V12 introductory offers.

Questions before you start

Know what you are choosing.

Can you use HubSpot, Brevo and Zapier?

Yes, when the account plans and supported integrations fit the required workflow. Subscription costs remain separate.

Do we keep our accounts?

Yes. The workflow is built in your business accounts with a documented handover.

How do we get started?

Tell us your goal, current website and preferred service. We confirm fit, access, scope and a start date before work begins. Taxes and any separately approved third-party costs are additional.
