Built around a clear scope

Make the next conversation easier to start.

For businesses that generate enquiries but respond inconsistently, struggle to follow up after a quote, or lack a shared definition of “contacted” and “qualified”.

One enquiry journey

Map the first response, qualification, appointment or quote, and the point at which follow-up should stop.

Five message templates

Up to five email or call-outline templates covering acknowledgement, first contact, reminder, quote follow-up and respectful closure.

Ownership and timing rules

A simple service standard for business hours, owner assignment and escalation when someone is unavailable.

CRM task setup

One supported task sequence or reminder workflow inside your existing CRM.

Team handover

One 45-minute walkthrough and a short checklist for using the process.

How we work

A clear path from brief to delivery.

01

Review the missed moments

Look at enquiry handling and the questions customers ask before they are ready to decide.

02

Write useful follow-up

Make each touchpoint answer a question or clarify a decision. Avoid repeated pressure with no new information.

03

Put the routine in the team’s hands

Assign the tasks and demonstrate the process with sample records before using it with real enquiries.

Build a useful follow-up rhythm.

What it could look like

A practical business example.

After a home services quote, a follow-up can explain availability and answer a common scope question. After a SaaS demo, it can share the specific workflow the buyer asked about. A generic “just checking in” message offers less help and makes it harder to learn why the deal stalled.

What success means

Look for useful outcomes.

You receive a repeatable process and reusable templates. Track time to first response, contact rate, appointments and quote outcomes. Your team still handles conversations, negotiation and service delivery.

Price and boundaries

Questions before you start

Know what you are choosing.

Will you answer our leads?

This project builds the process and templates. Your team responds to customers; a managed sales desk is not included.

Can we use it without a CRM?

We can supply the documented routine and templates. Automated reminders require a compatible existing system.

How do we get started?

Tell us your goal, current website and preferred service. We confirm fit, access, scope and a start date before work begins. Taxes and any separately approved third-party costs are additional.
